Returns and Refunds

In accordance with e-commerce regulations, you have the right to return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

    Customized products
    Opened hygiene/personal care products
    Items damaged by the buyer
    Items missing their original packaging

Return process:

    Log in to your account
    Go to "My Orders"
    Select the relevant order
    Click on "Request Return"
    Fill out and submit the form
    Upon approval, ship the item in its original packaging
    The refund will be processed within 72 hours of receipt
