Privacy Policy

The Iran Technology Marketplace platform undertakes:

1. During purchase or custom purchase requests, it shall not disclose confidential and personal information, including users' first and last names and contact numbers, to any natural or legal person, except for the sellers selected by the user. The authorized recipient of the information is, in turn, obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the aforementioned items;

Note: Cases in which the platform is required to disclose information by order of competent legal authorities are excluded from the scope of the above clause.

2. To use any type of confidential information exclusively in connection with the intended purpose;

3. The username and password for logging into the platform are completely confidential and specific to the buyer, and the buyer must keep them confidential. In the event that the buyer provides the username and password to third parties, the buyer alone shall be responsible for any potential damages.

4. No part of this agreement shall prejudice the rights of the disclosing party with respect to the confidential information, and this agreement shall not create any right or privilege for the receiving party concerning patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, or the like with respect to the confidential information, except for the use of the confidential information in accordance with the intended purpose and within the framework of this condition.

5. The platform provides the information to the receiving party as is, and offers no guarantee as to whether the information is complete, accurate, or documented, whether third parties have any rights over it, or whether it is suitable for the intended purpose or other purposes of the information recipient.
