Partnership Terms for Sellers

To collaborate with Timcheh Iran as a seller, the following conditions are required:

General Requirements

• Being a technology or knowledge-based company based in science and technology parks
• Holding a valid operating license from the relevant authorities
• Products manufactured with approval from the relevant science and technology park
• Compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Act

Seller Obligations

• Accuracy of Information: Providing precise information regarding the quality and nature of products
• Product Delivery: Delivering products according to the specifications uploaded to the platform
• Warranty: Transparently declaring product warranties on the platform
• Price Updates: Continuously updating product prices based on market conditions
• Standard Packaging: Packaging products and accessories in a standard manner
• Training: Providing necessary training for products that require it
• After-Sales Service: Supplying spare parts and providing after-sales services
• Timely Shipping: Initiating the preparation and shipping process on the first working day

Required Documents

• Articles of Association and company registration notice
• National ID card and birth certificate of the CEO
• Operating license from the science and technology park
• Knowledge-based certificate (if applicable)
• Product catalog and technical specifications
• High-quality product images

Partnership Terms for Buyers

General Requirements

• Registration and creation of a user account on the platform
• Providing accurate identity information (name, national ID number, date of birth)
• Verification of phone number and email address
• Buyers under 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent

Buyer Obligations

• Accuracy of Information: Providing correct and complete information at the time of registration
• Information Updates: Promptly updating information in case of changes
• Payment: Paying the full order amount according to the payment terms
• Product Inspection: Inspecting the product upon delivery and refusing to accept defective items
• Compliance with Maintenance Conditions: Following the proper use and maintenance instructions for the product
• Account Protection: Keeping the username and password confidential

Right of Return

In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the buyer has the right to return the product to the seller within 7 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions.
